I cannot get into...

I cannot get into my Kobo other than to read what I have already purchased. If I go to Bookstore I am asked for my email and password. I put those in and it cannot process. Says there is an internal server error. Not mine - my wifi is connected and working.

Technician's Assistant: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?

It is quite old - not sure just how old. I have not been using it much in the last year. Battery is fine. I tried getting a new password ***** that does not work either.

Technician's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Thanks, ***** ***** isOK now. I logged into my Kobo acct thru my laptop and it worked fine. Then went back to my e-reader and looked in with the same password ***** it is working now. I have been able to buy books again. Thanks anyway.
