Hello! its not my computer its a new phone log-in. I am trying to set up this phone and in doing so I have to log into GOOGLE. My was not taking my password ***** had set up. It has ask me to reset and I have many times. Still no luck. The phone company (Assurance Wireless) has said that I must retrieve the password ***** you guys. Can you do this????

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

A few days ago.

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a Factory Reset? The Smartphone Expert can walk you through this to ensure you don't lose your photos, contacts and other data.

No I haven't. By taking the steps that Assurance has told me, the phone is supposed to reset itself back to manufacturing spects before activating.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

When I do this I can not get pass the point of entering my GOOGLE account password.
