It's not the ereader...

It's not the ereader. I think it's the kobo app. When we try to sync with the USB cable, the reader is seen, but the app errors on a network problem. I can't connect to the webstore or Sign in. I'm obviously online. What's up with 4.6.6756?

Technician's Assistant: Does your network appear in the Wi-Fi list on your e-reader?

Yes. The errors are happening on the desktop app. The ereader will sync, but nothing from My Books gets downloaded.

Technician's Assistant: Are other devices (computer, phone, etc.) connecting to the router?

We then tried to sync from the app and we get network errors. I have to be connected to do this with you, so yes I have network connectivity.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

It's not an eReader issue, ad far as I can tell. The device has WiFi connectivity, it's seen by the computer and the Desktop App when it's connected via USB. The APPLICATION is getting Network errors when ever we try to connect to the store or click or Sign In. We attached a screen shot of the errors on the initial contact message. Is that available to you?
