Apparently, I can't receive any phone calls. Can call out okay. Number is(###) ###-####

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model of your phone?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your phone? What have you tried so far?

The last call I received was on Dec. 31. I wasn't aware this was happening until a few minutes ago.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

My bill is up-to-date which is always important. Otherwise I can't think of anything. I have a reception of four bars which is unusual in my location. Otherwise, I can't think of anything.

I had to go to a meeting which lasted 2 hours, and I apologize if I missed the replies sent by others. As far as I can tell I still cannot receive calls and my internet says off line. I don't know if those are two problems or the same one. Thanks.

No, the AT&T consumer service website gave me you guys. I now am being given an "Emergency calls only" message.

Sorry. It was a mistake on my part to call you folks. I did get ahold of AT&T, and they had canceled my account because of an attempt to get into it with someone who didn't have authorization. They are trying to restore it now. You folks have a website which is marked ATT something, and I mistakenly thought you were representatives of AT&T. Thank you for your efforts.
