I haven't usied y Kobo since a long time, and I can't use it now because I forgot my password.

If you forgot the password ***** your Kobo eReader, you will have to reset the device.

You will need to download your books from the Kobo Store after the reset.

To reset your Kobo eReader, do the following:

  1. Press and hold Power button until your tablet turns off.
  2. Press and hold Volume Up (+) and Power buttons at the same time for 8-10 seconds.
  3. You will see the Recovery Menu.
  4. Select wipe data / Factory Reset option. (Use Volume buttons to scroll. Use Power button to select)
  5. Select Yes - Delete all user data option.
  6. Once reset is completed, select Reboot system now.
  7. Your tablet will reboot and go through setup steps.
  8. Setup your tablet and use it as a new device.
  9. Download your books, apps, and games from Kobo Store and Appstore.
