Since early this morning and I am exhausted. Alexa keeps saying it is not connected to the internet.

Technician's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

I thought I had done EVERYTHING I was supposed to do, installed updated drivers etc. Alexa keeps telling me she is having trouble connecting to the internet and says for help go to my Alexa App. WHERE IS THAT?
