I cannot access my voicemails

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

My phone works fine. I used it this morning, I can send and receive emails and send and receive text messages. I have several voicemails but cannot access them.

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a Factory Reset? The Phone Expert can walk you through this to ensure you don't lose your photos, contacts and other data.

I have no idea what a Factory Reset is, so have not tried it. Before a week ago, I could access the voicemails without a password *****

Hello,

It sounds like you need to reset your Voicemail password. Is that correct? Is the problem that when you call your voicemail, it asks for a password ***** you don't have?

I have NEVER had to enter or use a password ***** access my voicemails, until a week ago. It could be that I accidently hit some spot that added the "must enter password" function (which I DO not want), or it is possible that Verizon now mandates the use of a password (which will cause me to scrap Verizon).
