Actually...this is concerning my...

Actually...this is concerning my Kindle Fire which was purchased 3 weeks ago....it has never worked...my husband likes to play the games but the screen freezes and he is unable to continue...we have been in contact with tech support on and off these past weeks...making appts to fix this problem...but everytime I have been by the phone and never a call back...just this morning I had a 8:00 am apt with a David from tech support and it is now 9:10 and no call....I think I will just return this defective merchandise and hope amazon will satisfy one of its customers

Technician's Assistant: When did you last charge your phone?

My phone has been charged at all times...I know that my phone has to be charged in order for any communication

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons)?

Oh yes...many times...I went thru this with the tech support and then was told they would try some updates from their end but nothing happened..they then set up times to connect to my computer but still no call back

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

This is not my smart phone....it is concerning my kindle fire
