I would like to cancel my Kindle Unlimited. I went thru the process, but did not see the button that reads Cancel on the confirmation pop-up.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?

I've tried the instructions this evening,

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

I went to Manage Your Content & Devices screen and clicked on Settings, Scrolled down to Cancel Kindle Limited and there was no button that reads " I want to cancel and no pop-up that it would be cancelled.
