New phone. on...

New phone. on set up didn't put in a password ***** used thumb print security. was having difficulty in setting up my email account and shut down device. when i turned it on it asks for a password ***** which i do not have. how can i get back running to complete setup?

When setting up for the first time, you will have been asked to enter a password.

The password ***** always be asked for if the phone is restarted or if the fingerprint has not been used within 48 hours.

Have you tried guessing some passcodes?

If you are unable to guess correctly, you will need to reset the phone to its factory settings.

Let me know the make and model number of the phone if you need further assistance with this.
