It's not my computer; it's my Pixel phone. Where do I go for that?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

Google Pixel XL Android.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

My android was just upped to 8.1, but now I am locked out of my phone because the fingerprint scanned doesn't recognize my finger print.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

I tried and tried, and then I factory reset it. Still locked out. Then I erased the personal data. Still locked out.
