my new 11 galileo tablet won't accept pin # how do I get in to change it. Also how do I select to get curser to click.

Hi Harry, yes, I still am locked out of 11 galileo because it won't take the pin. How can I get in and change the pin. second there doesn't seem to be any way to click on the curser when I want to use it.

Power the device down completely, and then hold both the volume up button and the power button until the RCA logo appears on the screen. When the screen changes to the Android bot on his back, press and hold the power button and then press volume up once more. At this point, the Android System Recovery screen appears, with a list of options. Use the volume up and down buttons to navigate the menu and make selections accordingly.

To reset the device, scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the power button. Confirm the selection by scrolling down through several "no" entries until the word "yes" is visible. Highlight "yes" and press the power button. The process takes between 1 and 10 minutes, but once it finishes, it powers up again and shows the "Welcome" screen.

Hi Harry, when I power up and voulume up it goes to a page with just galileo pro on page.

he answer you have me how to open a 11 galileo tablet when pen does not work did not work. I think I must have a different model. I have a 2016 rca 11 galileo pro tablet model #rct6513w87dk your advice did not open the reprogram page you thought it did.
