This is not about...

This is not about my computer unless you count a cell phone as a computer - which it is in a way. My question is that I bought a new Galaxy S8 yesterday and of course all my apps vanished in the transfer. Now Google cannot seem to find my account says over and over that my password ***** ***** changed password ***** put in in and google said again invalid password. Spent literally hours today and so far today on this issue. Without Google I may as well throw my phone out and get a flip phone.

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your Galaxy?

Yesterday, before I got the new phone.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have a Google account linked to the phone?

I did before, had a password, PIN and user name - now it seems like I don't

the bloody thing is still not working correctly. I cannot get in touch with Google who I believe could help but short of that you may be able to assist me with this freaking mess. I am going to try the call button and see how that works for me
