My voice mail is...

My voice mail is carried y Verizon even though I am a TracFone customer/user. When I try to access my Voice Mail I get the message "Welcome to Verizon. and then "Your feature update could not be completed." I need help I need Voice Mal.

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your TracFone phone?

I use my TracFone daily and have used it several times today. The latest about 11:45 this morning.

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a Factory Reset? The Smartphone Expert can walk you through this to ensure you don't lose your photos, contacts and other data.

I just cannot access my Voice Mails.

On your phone, open Phone app and dial this number --> *76

This will stop call forwarding. Then dial *86 and this will bring your Voice mail. If not, then call your own number and does it bring Voice mail ?

I'm afraid the issue on Verizon's end. Have you tried contacting Tracfone. Call them via this number --> 1-***-***-****.

I have contacted TracFone and Verizon and neither would help me.

Call your number and then while it start to call, press # and does it bring anything?

Doesn't work. Says please enter your password ***** then press # but when I do this I get the "call cannot be completed as dialed" etc
