Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Samung note8 2 1/2 months

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

This is a cell phone problem

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your NOTE8? What happened right before this?

I was told I could send it in for replacement, I have receipt for it
