My cell phone keeps blinking as if there is a message or a call how do I get this to go off

Serial number is ***** hope this helps I know it is LG

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your LG phone? What have you tried so far?

Just the past hour or two have turned it off, gone through text messages and phone calls to make sure nothing is left unanswered
