Our ZTE will not send or receive multimedia messages. We talked to a rep yesterday and she was not able to correct the problem.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Our internet connection is on cable with Eastlink a 5G service and we use gmail.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

No

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

We were advised to take the phone to a technician in Oshawa but it is over an hour away and we will do that the next time we go to Toronto. Is there a service in Toronto we could use as well.
