I've lost my Chrome...

I've lost my Chrome browser, all my apps, and my entire library. Pinterest is the the only thing I can access.

Last Friday. I had deleted old data, which I do routinely to speed up things, and I obviously deleted the necessities. It did work after I deleted things, but the next day, everything was gone.

On the Home Screen, tap the Web button.

In the Apps section of the Library, tap the icon for Chrome.

Let me know if you are able to see that.

I no longer have a web button. I have Library, Apps, and Shop buttons only (total of 3 buttons). The Apps button only sends me to the store for Nook books, no app choices at all.

No problems, First We have to check your software version on your Nook.

Let me tell you how to do that.

On your Nook go to Settings> Device info and let me know the software version you have.

THat's my issue - I no longer have a Chrome choice under applications, nor is it under My Apps.

Great! now I would like you to follow these steps and let me know what happens.

Applications-->click on the 4 lines in the bottom left of your screen >click manage content profile> applications> Google chrome > on right side of google chrome there should be a little box and that should be checked>Save

THe only thing I ave in library are Nook user guide and Nook quick guide. All my purchased books are gone. Most of them were in Nook cloud, but not all.

That's correct. I had moved the majority to Nook Cloud, although they were still appearing in my library, too.

Library > bottom left (3 horizontal bars)
Manage content profile>manage content >make sure all books are checked >Click Save at bottom.

Go to Main library and refresh and your books should appear.
