I am pretty certain I need a new charging port for my Kindle Fire. Where do I get it fixed? I live in Searcy, Arkansas

Approx 4 Years, it is not a HD

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Kindle Fire?

It works just fine, but the battery started to run low and I plugged up charger and it seemed loose and green light would come on for a second and than not again. So I ordered 2 different new chargers and they are not working- they seem loose too. So I think it is the port.It is now completely needing charged

It would be cheaper to replace the Kindle than to try and repair the charging port on the Kindle.

You can buy a new Kindle for around $40-$50 and all of your books will transfer to the new one.
