Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model of your phone?

It is a Samsung S3.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your phone? What have you tried so far?

It only started today after I cross the international border and passed through London Ontario then the data dropped.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

I have look for settings that need to change but I didn't find anything.
