I have an older kindle fire that I could do anything on it, when I clicked on the e-reader choice it downloaded and now I can't get back to the normal tablet features. I would like to reset to factory settings but I don't know how

I deleted my account so when I tried to use my password ***** didn't accept it

I have a prime membership with Amazon. That is were I purchased my Kindle in 2016

I am 71 yrs. old and can't see very well anymore so I wanted the audible e-reader so I could listen to my favorite books so that is how I clicked on the e-reader option

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
