My phone won't turn off

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

LG-K425 Android 7.0

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

It happened suddenly about 1 hour ago. I tried to shut if off with normal button and then tried to reset the phone but the button does not seem to be attached. The programs in the phone work fine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

No except perhaps I am communicating on my desk to computer.
