I BOUGHT A SONY ERICSON Z250A CELL PHONE IN AUGUST 2017. iT DOES NOT WORK. THE DEALER VNV CELLULAR HAS BEEN SOLD. wHAT KIND OF WARRANTY SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED? I PAID $64.95 FOR THE PHONE. CAN YOU HELP ME?

THIS IS MY 1ST TRY. I TRIED TO USE IT LAST FRIDAY, NOV. 24TH TO CALL A CAB.

I do not have the sales slip but I charged it to my Discover card which I paid In Sept. I still have $18.00 on my T-Moble phone card which was checked this am.

I am trying to reach someone with Sony Ericsson Co. to find out if I should have been given a warranty when I bought the cellphone on August 8th, 2017. The place where I bought the phone has been sold and the man currently working there knows nothing about it. Does Sony Ericsson have a company phone number? If you cannot provide this, please cancel any charges I have uncured so far and let me know. Eleanor
