Last night it went...

Last night it went through a update program. It's new, a 7s I think for &700.00 Now I can"t get into it with my passcode. It is not usable. What can I do. where there were 4 numbers to open to home page now it wants 6 so I can't get in to my phone and can"t use it.

Earlier yesterday afternoon. I was at Thanksgiving dinner when it started to do its update thing. It did have me set my fingerprint.

What is a factory reset and who do I go to for it?

I have been having a lot of problems with it since purchasing it a month ago in Portland, Oregon, I have numerous questions written down. I am now in Rhode Island where I live.

Yes I still need help but it's too problematic to handle online. I'm making an appointment with the local apple store to see what can be done. Furthermore I feel that I was coerced into this program with you which I didn,t intend and now you have my payment info and can chatge me against my will via the oldest "bait and switch" game there is. so, cancel this account and send me written (EMail) evidence of it or I will contact the appropriate better business agency to report your company.!!!! PLEASE! C***** *. *****r

No, do not charge me 20.00 to have me call you!! This is extortion of some kind. Just cancel this account that I got tricked into just by asking for some tecnical.
