Just added time to my tracfone but all I get when I try to call out is a Verizon message that they could not complete call and to hang up and call *611.

Technician's Assistant: What TracFone model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

It isw alcatel one touchandroid version 4.4.2

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your TracFone phone? What have you tried so far?

Called tracfone tech and they were to change phone number. it was yesterday mthat I added first time card but could not use phone.
