I have an Samsung S7. The problem that I have is when I make a call the phone will connect for approx. 30 sec. then disconnect the call can you help nobody else seems to know what the problem is.

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

I have owned it for about a month.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

This has been going on for about 3 days now, The tech at Wal Mart though it was a connection between the screen going black and the disconnect, He extended the time to 30 min. for the screen to go blank but that has not fixed the problem, still drops call after short period.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Android Expert to know before I connect you?

Last night I called a friend and the phone disconnected but I hit redial right away and when the line connected the display on the phone showed one call connected and the other on hold. Is that possible on a cell phone?

Yes, it is possible that the issue is the phone but it could be the software on the phone as well.

Before you answered I requested a refund. I still request a refund you have not given me any idea what the problem was. I had to do a total reset back to factory basics. Please refund my credit card.
