3 days, turn off and on phone + took battery our, put back in and restart

  1. Turn the device off.
  2. Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:
    • Volume Up key
    • Home key
    • Power key.
  3. When the phone vibrates, release the Power and Home key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key.
  4. Continue holding the Volume Up key until the Android System Recovery menu displays and then release. This step may take several seconds.
  5. Press the Volume Down key to highlight 'wipe data / factory reset.'
  6. Press Power button to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key until 'Yes -- delete all user data' is highlighted.
  8. Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
  9. When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
  10. Press the Power key to restart the device

understand, however am spending $65 as of now + the $20 = $80 but i guess i don't have a choice....I'll go with $20.... lets do it

plus I haven't had a call for Josh, Android Device Expert and I paid the $20 by PayPal and my Samsun Galaxy Note 4 still has the message "Emergency Calls only" not able to call out or receive and calls and texting
