Hello my Samsung tablet...

Hello my Samsung tablet is not operating properly. The android flash bar is not working

Technician's Assistant: Has your Samsung done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

No not before and it's probably a year to two years old I think I accidently deleted when I was cleaning it

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I don't know which trouble shooter t just comes up on the tablet that this is the problem

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
