Hello there. I recently bought the new S8 phone. I also purchased one Logitech UE Megaboom speaker. Everything was paired correctly and it plays my radio station just fine, however after about 3 songs it loses it's signal or reception. The radio station said it was probably a Samsung issue. What can I do to rectify this annoying problem?

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

Just purchase it last month.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I didn't know that my S8 phone had a TV menu. How do I look that up? Yes.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It's been happening since I brought the speaker home. I've been back to Verizon 5 times and they are as perplexed as I am.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

NO. But I don't need a TV expert, I need an S8 smartphone expert!
