I have had a tracfone for several years. I just bought a new phone. It's a Samsung Galaxy.J3 Luna Pro. I managed to have most of my data switched over, but when I make a call, they want to switch me to an operator so I can pay for the call. I bought a card (online) when I ordered the phone but it seems it doesn't recognize the minutes on my old phone or the new minutes I purchased with this new phone even though the phone shows I have minutes and data. How do I clear this up?

Two days old. I just received the new phone. The old phone is an old ZTE phone which I've used for several years. The number for both the old and new phones is:
