I recently got my s8 repaired. I didn't remember my google account synced with the phone. so I am unable to do anything

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

I got it in june. i since have found a account that i made in june

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It tells me it doesn't recognize it and wait 24hrs to try again
