Customer Question

My tablet is frozen. Before it froze, I got a message that said the memory was getting low. Now all I can do is force it to go off, or force it to go on, but when it comes on, it freezes at the android logo.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Model QMV78 I don't know the make
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been playing with it for about a month. I have tired rebooting it by holding the power and volume button - that will only make it go on and off, still freezes at the android logo.
JA: Anything else you want the Android Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

Screen goes dark then "Android system recovery" screen appears.
  3. Select wipe data/factory reset.
Utilize the Volume down button to highlight and the Volume Up button to select.
  4. Select Yes-delete all user data.
Allow several minutes for the data wipe process to complete.
