I can't set up my Gmail or Google account. My Tablet went in for an software upgrade and now I can't get into any Google apps
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: I have been struggling for about 2 weeks but I did get it done last week, but it won't accept my email address or the new password ***** chose.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my phone and Tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've had then send me messages with numbers etc as well as emails with codes but it just won't work.
