My charger wont connect...

My charger wont connect. I have a Moto G 5.1. I have tried several charges and none work. It connected a few hours ago and now nothing.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

Moto G 5.1 About 3 years old,

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Just a little while. I didn't know there was any trouble shooting. The charger will not plug in all the way.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Android Expert to know before I connect you?

You mentioned that you used multiple chargers -- Do you have the same issue with all chargers? (the charger will not go in all the way)

I just need to know if perhaps the connection is not working because it won't go in all the way.
And it worked just a couple of hours ago.

Unfortunately, it is likely that the charger port is broken and needs to be replaced.

Do you have a case on the phone?

The charger port on the phone will need to be replaced. A local phone repair shop should be able to fix the issue but it could cost more than the phone is worth.
