I have your Unit...

I have your Unit, Model No. not indicated, only Digital Photo Frame. It will not respond and I have checked the power supply and it is fine. 9.1 volts dc. I have repeatedly attempted to turn the unit on/off and no display shows at all. Can I possibly exchange this unit? If so, please give me directions and assist me with this process.
