My Google account is locked, and I can't get into my e mail to receive a new password

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?

It's a Samsung cell phone..Veriizon is my provider. they say they cant help

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

A message popped up 2 days ago, wanting a password, it gave me so many chances, I then took it to Verizon, they said keep trying, and it locked me out. now the Google phone # I was given will not reopen till Monday. Meanwhile..noo phone.
