Hi, I have had my new Samsung Galaxy J3v6 phone and my tablet: Samsung galaxy Tab E for about 5 months. My email address is***@******.***. For 5 days I do not receive any email on my Tab or Phone. Went to Verizon store today and they ultilmatily said I needed to contact SBCGlobal and ask for the correct "POP" settings. I am at my office desk - home line is(###) ###-#### Hope someone can help me! Thanks, *****: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I think it is Outlook express.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
