Can't access the backup Gmail account so don't know if I can do a factory reset. This may hAve to wait until we get home

To perform the factory reset, you will need access to the Gmail account.

What is the error message that you hear/see?

We can't log in, the account is associated with an old phone number and all attempts to reset password ***** failed. I'm trying to contact Google but we are out of the country so it may have to wait.

Google is very difficult to reach for their email issue but it will take several days to even hear back from them.
