But not through WiFi
Expert:  Christian Gilliland replied 4 months ago.

Okay and I see that you have reset your device already. Unfortunately if both the WiFi and Bluetooth are not functioning at the same time then you are experiencing a hardware issue. Have you had any significant drops or liquid damage in the past?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Maybe a drop

No water

The wifi doesn't show anythingto connect to and I can't turn off the search
Expert:  Christian Gilliland replied 4 months ago.

Okay. With your device there is either a physical antenna wire on the inside that is no longer functioning or, more than likely, your wifi chip has failed on the motherboard. Unfortunately at this time if the chip has failed then you will need to replace your device.

What happens when you try to enable bluetooth?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
That's too bad. Same thing no devices to connect to
Expert:  Christian Gilliland replied 4 months ago.

Does it act like its trying or is the option completely unresponsive?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
It says searching. Then says no devices available
Expert:  Christian Gilliland replied 4 months ago.

Okay. There is a chance, albeit I think a small one, that it is just the antenna. If there is a cell phone repair shop in your area you could take your device to them for a diagnostic but its not uncommon for that chip to go out in motorolas unfortunately.

Ok

With all that in mind, unfortunately there is not much more I can do for you today. At least now you know its a hardware issue and can take the steps toward getting your device replaced or repaired if possible. If you don't have any more questions then I thank you for your time tonight. If you are satisfied with the advice I provided then please feel free to leave me a five star review. Have a great night and I wish you best of luck!
