My phone has been deactivated by error. I had been using my phone. Deactivated due to non-use. HELP!
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Started my phone service 22Mar17 & had to create email that day. Have not actually used gmail yet.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Phone is completely dead. Last week I called 6ll, 6ll6ll and could not reach a live person. Kept going in a loop.
