Bought a Kindle device last Friday at Changi airport, Singapore and it is in Spanish - I speak English. What to do? Can you reply by email ***@******.*** or phone(###) ###-####JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: four days old! Bought on 5th January, .17
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It is brand new (4 or five days old) I don't know how to troubleshoot.

1. What's the model of your Kindle, such as Kindle Paperwhite, or Kindle Fire, etc.? And/or do you see any model number?

2. Can you please press and hold the power on / off button on your kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on, then what does it show next?

3. Does it let you go to to menu / settings on your kindle?
