I just received my new Kindle HD 10. I have followed all instructions for set up, but it will not connect to my WiFi. The tablet indicates the signal is excellent, but will not connect. What to do?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: We have two Visios, one is 42,the other is a 32 inch.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried for 45 minutes. The only thing I have done is turn off the Kindle and remembered the password.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No
