I have been getting the ASOP message and I can't download minutes, and
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: ZTE valet
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Its my sons phone and he told me about a month, then his boss tried going into settings and doing something...??? And now he is getting more messages , google apps and something about his phone being deactivated. I have the phone now...of course, mom, fiux it. And the only message I'm getting now is about the keyboard
