Customer Question

Hi, I have a 14 month old Galaxy Tab S2 8.0" tablet. It has started freezing up and continuously rebooting. I've tried numerous hard reboots to no avail.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: You mean the computer I'm typing on?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Each time I did the hard reboot, it reinstalled the factory defaults, then downloaded the current updates - supposedly.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm wondering if there is someplace that I could take or send it for repairs?

Hi there and welcome

When it did the reinstall of factory defaults, was the tablet returned to new? So you had to set it up again like when you first received it?
