My android device is disconnected from the internet. I may have uninstalled some apps. I don't know how to reinstall them. I wanted to get police scanner radio but I can't get it. I tried to get activation codes and they don't work. I don't know what's going on but I want to get reconnected to google and the internet
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: since maybe 2014
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I think I did
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i think I deleted some updates and this is when these probllem

You may eventually fall back on doing a hard reset of the device, which will restore Android OS to a factory-release status... if something vital was deleted, this may be the only way to get internet back again.

But: is internet lacking for that reason?

Look into the Network Settings... is High-Speed communication disabled there?

How about Wireless or WiFi Settings: is WiFi disabled or enabled there?
