Customer Question

I have the LG g4 and it won't work
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Barely even a year yet
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: For a month now. I'm using a temporary. But would like to use the Phone I am paying for. I've tried taking out the battery
JA: Anything else you want the Android expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It's shows the LG screen and t-mobile screen when powering on. Then shuts off. And if I am lucky then it with power on to the lock screen but when I unlock it it freezes and starts vibrating consistently then turns off again

Seriously that is it?

Okay and if I can get the phone to turn on and briefly work.???
Expert:  ITPeter replied 10 months ago.

If it works briefly and you are happy with it doing that then there is no need for a repair.

If you are finding the phone unreliable and you need it to work all the time then it will need to go for repair.
