Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message?

What's the model of your kindle?

Does it have touchscreen or not?

Can you please press and hold (or slide and hold) the Power on / off button / switch on your kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on, then go to menu / settings on the kindle, then select the Wi-Fi / Wireless option, then let me know what is showing there?

Please type at the box below, then click on the Send button below to communicate with me, so I can help. Thank you,

If needed, please disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for a couple of minutes, then re-connect, then wait a few minutes

, then go to menu / settings on the kindle, then select the Wi-Fi / Wireless option, and see if you can select / connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name there.

Do you still need help with this issue and/or with anything else?

When you are available, please type at the box below, then click on the Send button below to communicate with me, so I can help further. Thank you,
