I replaced my battery and still I have to power off to charge if it charges at all.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Samsung note 3
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: about a month.
JA: Anything else you want the Android expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: There has been obvious patter of charging. when the phone is on (no live display) I keep getting a message for being low. I turn it off completely and in 2 hours, it charges fast except that is intermittent it does well with a particular connection at the office.
