Customer Question

I've had a message sitting in my outbox since 8/27. I've contacted both Comcast and T-Mobile and both told me to contact ZTE. How can I get my message to send?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It's an Obsidian.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It's been going on since 8/27/16. I've spoken with both T-Mobile and Comcast for help.
JA: Anything else you want the Android expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's all. I just want to be able to send email messages.

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Can any other emails, that are prepared for sending, actually be sent?

Is there any quality about this un-sent email, such as size, or size of attached file, that distinguishes it, perhaps?
