Trying to use STartmeeting on my Samsing Galaxy Tab S2 I get this message "server failed to process the request. Please try again later" I have confirmed I am connect to the internet. there are now firewalls or virus protection programs.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Samsung-SM-T817V
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Uninstalled, shut down device, reinstalled.

This is what I get. I am connected to the Internet. There is enough connection to to get error messages when the meeting ID, email, or password ***** wrong. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have deleted the app, turned off the device, restarted and reinstalled. I have tried different meeting IDS. I have tried to log in as host.
